Antonio Ibarra is a visual journalist from Mexico currently based in Missoula, Montana. He currently works as a staff photojournalist at the Missoulian, a daily news publication in Missoula, Montana. Before he worked as the statewide photographer/videographer for Lee Montana Newspapers.

Antonio specializes in covering Indigenous and marginalized communities, local news and sporting events throughout western Montana.

Antonio embarked his journey in journalism back in 2018 when he first enrolled at the Carlos Septien School of Journalism in Mexico City. In 2019 he transferred to the University of Montana and is there where he developed most of his hands-on experience with journalism and photojournalism. Antonio worked as a staff photographer and photo editor for the university's student-run, independent campus newspaper, the Montana Kaimin, and has interned at the city's local paper, The Missoulian, as a photographer and reporter.
